Every body in the body of Christ is a team member in God's team. All of us individually have spiritual gifts and God-given talents to us for the Kingdom of God.

What is ministry?
Simply put it is the act of serving God using the gifts and talents that He provided us. Out of love and desire, 
not just because we are commanded to, but because we want to!

Am I qualified to minister?
You must have a good attitude. And want to serve the Lord your God with your gifts.
