Nowadays indoor gardening is in fashion. Everybody wants to grow somethings at home from vegetables to fruits. Most people like to grow lettuce, lemon, tomatoes, basil, etc. As we all know we cannot grow specific plants in all seasons. So, you need to give them suitable growing conditions to grow healthy and strong.
Small Grow tents are a good option but if you do not have a budget to buy a grow tent. You can follow our steps and make your own grow room at home.

First of all, choose a place where you want to set up your grow room. You can convert an entire room into a growing space or half of it or you can convert your cupboard. While choosing a space keep in mind that the power supply should be near the setup. This makes it easy to power up the grow lights.
Do not grow plants on the carpet floor whereas the wooden floor is best. But if the space you want to use has a carpeted floor then buy a mayler sheet, put it down, and build grow room on it. This way you can save your carpet and plant also. Because carpets hold moisture in winters which is not good for the plant.
In the second step make your room light-proof means stop the natural light from entering the room. Otherwise, it will interfere with the grow light setup and your plant will get unbalanced light to grow. Plants that do not receive perfect light do not grow healthy and often die at an early stage. For 2 to 4 plants 5×5 grow area is enough. Construct a grow tent-like structure by using wood (if you can) or you can choose plastic fencing.

When it comes to choosing to grow lights use LED Grow Lights technology. It is the best available in the market. Select a grow light of 235 to 300 watts of output. Hang it with a rod, straight above the plant at the distance of 18 inches in the veg stage at 24 inches at flowering time.
You also need to make sure that your plant gets fresh air. For this purpose, you need to install a duct fan in your grow room.
Here I want to tell you one thing, building a grow room at home is not easy it looks easy but in reality, it is not easy. You need to take perfect measurements. The main problem with home build grow rooms is they cost you more than buying a grow tent.
